An Investment In Your Employees, Your Company, Your Future

OSHA recently published its new Plain Language poster :

OSHA recently published its new Plain Language poster (OSHA 3165), which replaces OSHA's currently required workplace poster (OSHA 2203). Employers are not required to replace their current 2203 posters until OSHA runs out of its supply.

The new version can easily be downloaded in the PDF file from www.osha.gov and either print it on your printer or take it to a professional printing company for full-size/full-color reproduction. Pre-printed posters can also be ordered online from the website.

Like OSHA 2203, the new poster informs employees of the protections of the Occupational Safety and Health Act. The poster must be displayed in a conspicuous place where employees and applicants for employment can see it. Title 29 of the code of Federal Regulations States that reproductions of the poster should be at least 81/2 by 14 inches with 10-point type.

The OSHA 2203 poster will continue to be in compliance with OSHA regulations until further notice.
